Joe has more than 10 years experience in real estate development and construction. Prior to forming SHG, Joe opened a regional development office for First Colony Healthcare in Winston-Salem to serve the Triad Market. Prior to First Colony, Joe has additional development experience as Development Director for Osborne Company Inc. and as Vice President of Wilkie Construction Company. Joe has been involved in over two million square feet of projects in his career and has experience managing all facets of commercial development from conception to completion.
