Tommy has 25 years of construction and development experience. He has been involved in millions of square feet of projects with an emphasis on medical office and hospital sponsored deals. Tommy was a founding partner of First Colony Healthcare before forming Summit Healthcare. Prior to that he opened offices for Lauth Property Group and Choate Construction. He had his own development business for 8 years working throughout the US. Tommy brings a vast network of contacts to Summit that enable us to assemble the very best team for each project.
